Job Description

Grant Mason Mortgage Group is seeking a highly motivated Junior Loan Officer to join one of the fastest-growing mortgage teams in the country.

This position is ideal for individuals with sales experience who are looking to build a long-term career in mortgage lending, real estate, and finance. You will work directly with Grant Mason and the team to learn the mortgage business while helping clients achieve their homeownership and financial goals.

No mortgage experience is required. We will teach the mortgage business. We cannot teach work ethic, communication skills, and the desire to succeed.

Experience

  • Previous sales experience required
  • Mortgage experience preferred but not required
  • Real estate experience is a plus
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • No college degree required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations with prospective homebuyers and homeowners
  • Follow up with inbound leads and referral opportunities
  • Assist clients with completing mortgage applications
  • Review documentation and collect required items from borrowers
  • Work with referral partners including real estate agents, insurance agents, and financial advisors
  • Assist with pre-approvals and loan structuring
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the mortgage process
  • Update CRM systems and client records
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions
  • Build and maintain referral relationships
  • Help clients understand financing options and mortgage strategies
  • Represent Grant Mason Mortgage Group professionally at all times
