Job Description

The Grant Mason Mortgage Group Mentorship Program is designed for ambitious individuals who want direct exposure to business, sales, real estate, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

This is not a traditional internship. This is an opportunity to work alongside high-performing professionals, build meaningful relationships, develop real-world business skills, and gain access to experiences that most young professionals never receive.

Participants will work directly with Grant Mason and members of his professional network while learning how successful businesses are built and operated.

Experience

This program is designed for individuals who have already demonstrated initiative and a desire to build something for themselves.

Applicants should have attempted at least one of the following:

  • Started a business, side hustle, or entrepreneurial venture
  • Worked in sales or commission-based environments
  • Built a social media brand, YouTube channel, podcast, or content platform
  • Participated in real estate, investing, or business-related activities
  • Led a school, community, sports, or organizational project
  • Demonstrated a track record of self-development and personal growth
  • Held leadership positions in work, school, athletics, or community organizations

No college degree is required.

No mortgage experience is required.

We are not looking for the most experienced applicant. We are looking for the most ambitious applicant.


Responsibilities

  • Shadow Grant Mason and team members during business operations
  • Attend meetings with clients, referral partners, and business owners
  • Assist with administrative and operational projects
  • Support marketing and content creation efforts
  • Help coordinate events and networking opportunities
  • Learn mortgage, real estate, and business fundamentals
  • Assist with business development initiatives
  • Build relationships with professionals within the network
  • Attend real estate office visits and industry events
  • Participate in personal and professional development training
  • Complete assigned projects and growth objectives
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
  • Represent Grant Mason Mortgage Group with integrity and professionalism
