Job Description

Grant Mason Mortgage Group is seeking a Real Estate Marketing & Agent Relations Specialist to help expand our relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, builders, and referral partners.

This role combines marketing, relationship management, event coordination, and business development. The ideal candidate is highly organized, outgoing, and enjoys working directly with people.

You will help our team create marketing campaigns, coordinate agent events, manage referral partner relationships, and assist with growing our presence in the real estate community.

Experience

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Real estate industry experience is a plus
  • No college degree required
  • CRM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Agent Relationship Management

  • Build relationships with local real estate agents and brokerages
  • Schedule meetings between agents and loan officers
  • Follow up with referral partners regularly
  • Coordinate office visits and brokerage presentations
  • Help onboard new referral partners

Marketing & Events

  • Coordinate agent appreciation events
  • Assist with lunch and learns, educational classes, and networking events
  • Manage agent marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate co-branded marketing opportunities
  • Assist with social media campaigns targeted toward agents

Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for new partnerships
  • Track referral partner activity
  • Maintain CRM records and referral databases
  • Assist with recruiting new agents into company programs
  • Help expand the company's presence within the local real estate community

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate marketing materials and agent resources
  • Track event attendance and marketing performance
  • Maintain organized records of agent relationships
  • Assist leadership with special projects and growth initiatives
